Step 1: Orientation
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! We will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. Through the intake process we ensure you understand why we workout the way we do. What are you waiting for? Book a session in person or online today!
Consultations are the start of our orientation!


Step 2: Personal Coaching
Most personal trainers try to keep you accountable. We have a specific, tailor designed app made to do this. We have a premium program and guarantee results. We want you to know that we will works for you. No Pressure. No pointless up-sells. Just you. Working on YOUR goals. How it should be.

Step 3: Proper Training
Training for any goal requires a balance of Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Conditioning. Through our program, you can not only get fit, but understand how to LIVE fit. A good understanding of a great program will allow you to reach and exceed your fitness goals.

Step 4: Individual Support
One-on-one communication can be expected from our coaches with answers to your questions with a same day response time. This is a required step as you transition from more personal training sessions to less personal training sessions in-person. It will be expected for each client to schedule one (1) zoom call per week to help your coach to continue coaching you in the best possible manner. As you gain more confidence in yourself, less communication will be needed, but check in texts and video calls are always welcome!

Step 5: Group-Support
Good Service requires good SUPPORT. While we train you to be independent, we are HERE TO HELP. Weekly group support calls will allow you to check in with your coach and any other trainees who you have signed up with. Not only will you gain information from your coach, but from others, and as you learn you will be able to become an active participant in the fitness community. Keep yourself accountable.

Step 6: Goal Check-Up
The programs that we design will follow you. We discuss YOUR results, and ensure that you are getting to the next level. Once every three months it is time to see where our fitness journey has taken us, and what we have learned. This also allows us to take a look at how far we have come.

Step 7: Re-Orientation
Now that we have seen what you are capable of, the changes you have made, and what we can do together. If you are a class-only member, we will move into the next portion of our scientifically designed program. If you are a personal training client, we will determine how to move forward towards your goals, or if your goals have changed, we will develop a new path to your best fitness goal!
Josh has helped me build and regroup my body after being sidelined with a knee injury. Since then he has done a tremendous job of putting my body back in shape to do what I love like playing sports while simultaneously teaching me the ins and outs of the gym and strengthening my body.
