Step 5: Group Support
As you work with your trainer, you will have access to, and be encouraged to support in group conference calls each week.
Trainer Led
Your group sessions will be led by your coach, but you as a group will discuss your progress. Your setbacks. The highs and lows of your week. Your trainer is available for insight but this is a time for group reflection, and the support of those on their fitness journeys who are working on their goals just as hard as you.
Group-Encouraged
As a group you will get to know each other, and learn to encourage each other in your goals. Problem solve fitness issues, and provide insight that will allow you all to move forward with greater clarity as you get more fit. In these sessions we can all plan group meeting times to enjoy exercise together if that becomes an interest!
