Goals Revisited
Your goals will be checked, body measurements, strength, and flexibility, as well as your cardio-pulmonary function and fitness. Be prepared for in-depth testing and a detailed explanation of your results.
Results
Results can not be guaranteed if you do not put the work in. This time period will show, "Have I completed the necessary steps" "Have I utilized the resources provided with my plan" If you can honestly say yes, and your results have not appeared, ask for a session to discuss with your trainer to begin your Re-Orientation process in the next step of your journey.
