Step 7: Re-Orientation

How to re-assess your goals.  Come up with new goals.  And figure out where to move next.

Orient

Orientation is defined as "the determination of the relative position of something or someone (especially oneself)." (Oxford).  We must complete this process to see where we are, and then, use this orientation, this position we are currently in to re-orient.  Or find out HOW we will change our goals, and positions on fitness. This will come about by deep introspection and meditation on your part.

Introspection

"the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes." (Oxford)  We will meditate on our emotional and mental processes and how they have changed in relation to our physical results.  Fitness is not only a PHYSICAL game, but a mental one.  How do you view fitness now, and how can we keep you mentally engaged in your next program, so that you are not "going through the motions" to achieve goals that you set three months ago.  We have a whole new program ahead, and that requires a new VIGOR to complete.
