Step 2: Personal Training
While we personal train, we also educate, and we want you to know how to safely exercise on your own, using workouts we have designed for you.
Training
Your trainer will design a program designed specifically for your needs. Your workouts each week will contain the same exercises, alternating the days of some workouts, as well as alternating the combinations of which workouts each exercise appears in.
Methods
Some personal trainers sell "workouts" that are completely different each week. Although this can help some clients feel variety, if you have made the journey into our personal training you understand the need for our exercises to be perfected in form and technique before we create an entire new exercise program. Any changes we make will have a targeted purpose. The changes to exercise occur when needed, or at the end of the three month program, when we can see the results of our program and re-orient.
