Training
During your orientation; we measured your joints, body-parts, and strength and conditioning. Now we apply those measurements, in addition to lifestyle factors, and your attitudinal assessment. All these factors are considered when designing your "Homework" program.
Independence
Knowledge application. You will begin to become more, and more independent during your sessions and during your workouts at home.
Homework
"Homework" is any recommendations your trainer gives you to complete. These will include your exercise programs, and lifestyle recommendations given to you by your trainer. This can include tracking your fitness progress, your food and nutrition, or any other needed lifestyle changes. If you have any trouble using your app, please message your coach..
