Health Check
The standardized Par-Q allows us to check your health and gives us the knowledge on if you need to communicate with a medical provider. This will allow us to discover possible modifications required for your exercise routine. With health questions, we can dig deeper and understand how to get you where you want to go, and how to maximize the likeliness you can get there smoothly with no interruptions.
Motivation Check
After you are cleared to begin exercise, we will move to see how your mental state is when approaching exercise. The standard Attitudinal Assessment allows us to treat you as an individual. You are given a chance to rank your motivation clearly on a scale of numbers, while being able to expand on your answers as deeply as you are able. Waiver
The waiver shows you the risks associated with exercise, and informs you of the requirements to be safe within our facility. It is always important to communicate with your coach if you are feeling any pain in your joints, including your shoulders, back, elbows, hips, knees, wrists, ankles, chest, or if you feel dizzy or faint. Exercise should be challenging at certain points, but we are not attempting to do harm to ourselves. This is a safe and effective workout program when followed intelligently and carefully.
